Map was the most helpful estate agents we contacted whilst searching for our new home. Once we found it the service did not stop in fact it increased. Jenni as a very experienced member of the team and was able to recommend solicitors surveyors etc., all to a high standard. She made sure all parties were working in partnership, communication lines were maintained by all so we were aware of what was happening. I've been closely involved in the purchase of a property in Penryn that was marketed by MAP Estate Agents. (My son was at sea, so i ended up representing him for the long conveyance period). I will say that MAP Estate Agents would definitely be my first choice if I were in need of an estate agent and I would enthusiastically recommend them to my friends and family. The arranging and execution of the viewing by Shelly was efficient and seamless. Once the offer had been made, the communication and management from Tracy was top notch. Throughout the six month conveyance period, Tracy was consistently in tune with the progress and proactive in keeping all parties informed. it was very reassuring to know that Tracy at MAP Estate Agents was continuously monitoring the process, updating us by telephone and email throughout and always aware of current agenda/business.
