We have recently sold 2 flats thought MAP Estate Agents. The process has been extremely difficult due to lease issues but Tracy and Shelly have been true professionals. They have an incredible work ethic and have stayed positive throughout, chasing the solicitors on both sides on a regular basis and keeping both us and the purchaser updated. I have recently let a property through MAP and I can highly recommend their service. I would not hesitate to work with them again. I am not a frequent reviewer but when something truly stands out it should be recognised. Over several months stretching from first tentatively discussing the idea of a rental, through getting the property ready and deciding how to market it, i feel that Ben and the team at MAP were an enormous help and support to me in making the right decisions and getting a successful outcome. Not only was their approach extremely professional, but above and beyond that they took a great deal of time and trouble to provide advice and information - even when in the early stages before it was clear whether I would be able to go ahead with generating business for them. My impression is that this team are focused on providing a first-class standard of service for their customers and that they really care about helping people (whether purchaser, seller, landlord or tenant) make the right decisions and enjoy positive property experiences.

We have been very impressed with MAP Estate Agents. From their excellent house details with the 360 degree virtual tour on Rightmove to their great customer service. We were kept fully updated throughout a very prolonged process and they made sure our Vendors' were reassured.
