I put my flat on the market in October 2019 and received an offer in March 2020. Then Lockdown happened due to Covid.  Selling and buying a property at the best of times can be stressful but add in the uncertainty of a pandemic, the change in working practices as the result of this and the unknown  it could have been so much more.  The MAP team were nothing but professional throughout.  They kept me updated regularly, answered all my questions and offered advice when needed.  They liaised with both mine and my buyers solicitors to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and in the end the move happened swiftly.  This must have been a difficult time for the team, but this was never evident in the contacts I had with them, they were nothing but professional
