From the outset I felt I as in safe hands, everything seemed so straightforward in comparison to my dealings with other agents.  Everyone I spoke to sounded as they they had a smile in their voice.  I looked forward to their phone calls and was never 'left wondering'.  We all need a MAP on a new journey to travel safely and arrive on time so their name is very apt.  They certainly pulled out all the stops and went that extra mile for a trouble free transaction.  Simply miles ahead!.  Special thanks to Jenni and Tracy
