Map estate agents are incredible.  I used them to rent out and manage my house for a few years and they were a pleasure to work with.  They recently sold the property for me and went above and beyond to assure we had a smooth transaction.  I'd highly recommend MAP estate agents to anyone who's looking to buy, rent or sell in the south west.  Every member of staff I spoke to were extremely competent, professional and a pleasure to deal with.  My two main contacts were Benjamin for rentals and Andrew for sales so ask for them if your're looking to buy, sell of rent, thanks again Map!
